Tahoe Bound

You didn’t come to run a vacation. You came to be with people. This is a cabin built for that — the kitchen feeds twelve, everyone has a bed that is actually theirs, and the hardest decision of the day is hot tub or fire pit.

A log cabin from the old north shore, taken down to the studs and rebuilt for how families actually use a house. The main floor holds the living room, the island kitchen, the dining table, two bedrooms and the door to the deck. Upstairs are the retreats: the primary suite, a second king, and the kids’ bunk room.

Three blocks to the water. Ten minutes to Northstar, twenty to Palisades. Carnelian Bay is the quiet stretch of the north shore — Patton Beach is walkable, and Kings Beach is close enough for a grocery run without being close enough to hear.
