We turned a tract home into an experience
People loved it, and they continue to come back. We put an old home of ours on Airbnb to see what would happen and fell in love with the work. Everything since has been that, repeated carefully.

Still a nurse · the spacesShe works as a nurse, and it shows in the houses. Nursing is a job where the small things are the job — whether something is actually clean, whether the person in front of you has what they need before they have to ask.
That is how every one of our homes gets set up, and why guests write to us about the linens and the labels.

Marketing, events & constructionFifteen years in marketing and events, which is one half of this business: knowing why one listing gets booked and the one next door does not, and being willing to rewrite it when the season turns. Photos, titles, pricing, the platforms.
The other half is construction. I came up around how houses get built, which means we understand a home — the way it is put together and the way it has to be maintained — further than most people looking after one would.
A place that feels like their home away from home — with the things that make the kids love a vacation, the pets love a vacation, and them love a vacation.
We like watching people arrive
We keep going because we love it. We like seeing people go on vacation and find they have what they need — and then more than they need.
That is the whole standard, and it is deliberately specific. The milkshake bar at Tahoe Bound. The pack and play already out at the Pilots Lounge. The beach wagon by the door at Sugar Tide. A fenced yard so the dog gets a holiday too.
None of it is expensive. All of it is the difference between a rental and somewhere a family wants to come back to.
What that means if it is your house
We create the experiences people love, and we look after the home itself.
We create the experience
The milkshake bar, the pack and play already out, the beach wagon by the door. The specific things that turn a stay into the one a family asks for again next year.
We look after the house
A construction background means we read a house the way a builder does, and we catch the small thing before it is the five-figure thing. We own homes too — every call we make on your place is one we have had to make on ours.
Two a month, and no more
So the standard above survives the next house, and the one after that. It is the only way the attention stays real.
Three people who handed us a house
“In 90 days I made more income than I did the whole previous year. I know what’s going on and I’m not being kept in the dark — that’s a huge advantage when you live across the country.”
Michael Reed Owner, Carnelian Bay · family cabin since 1963“I can’t say enough good things about their consultative approach — how they manage guest experience and expectations, how they maximize revenue opportunities, their care for the well being of my home.”
Tim Client since 2022“After many years of operating my Airbnb on my own, and being very particular in that process, I was pleasantly surprised at how much peace of mind I now have.”
