Privacy policy
What we collect when you visit this site, why, and how to tell us to stop.
Who we are
Stay With The Saades is run by Patti and Michael Saade from Granite Bay, California. We look after ten short-term rental homes in California, Nevada and Florida. Reach us at michael@staywiththesaades.com or 916-891-6144.
What this site collects
When you just browse. We use the Meta Pixel, which is Facebook and Instagram's advertising tool. It records which pages you opened, roughly where you are (city level, from your IP address), what device and browser you used, and which site sent you here, and it sets a cookie in your browser. We use it to see whether our advertising reaches anyone.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic visitor counts. It sets no cookies and does not follow you between sites.
When you book. Booking runs through OwnerRez, our reservation system. The calendar on a property page is theirs, embedded here. What you type into it — your name, email, phone, dates and party size — goes to OwnerRez, not to this website.
When you book a call with us. That calendar is run by GoHighLevel. Your name, email and phone go to them and into our contact records.
This site has no login, no shopping cart and no comment form. We do not ask for payment details here.
Who else sees it
Meta (advertising), OwnerRez (reservations), GoHighLevel (our contact records and call booking) and Cloudflare (which serves this site, counts visitors and logs requests for security and performance). Each holds the data under its own terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to anyone else for their own marketing.
Turning it off
You can block cookies in your browser settings, which stops the Meta Pixel. Meta also lets you limit how your activity is used for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you have enquired or stayed with us, some records have to be kept for tax and accounting reasons, and we will say so rather than quietly keep them.
Children
This site is meant for adults booking travel. We do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13.
Changes
If we add or remove a tool that collects something, we will change this page and move the date at the top.
- One advertising cookie, from Meta.
- Visitor counts with no cookie.
- Bookings go to OwnerRez, not to us.
- Nothing is sold.
- Email us and we will delete what we can.
